Redirecting to a URL

The ability to add a URL redirect is available on our Startup, Growth, Turbo Growth and Enterprise plans.

If you're taking advantage of our branching logic, it's entirely possible you may want those visitors to get redirected to different calls to action or pages depending on how they respond to the survey. 

The URL Redirect will automatically send the visitor to that URL when they click on the answer option that points to the URL Redirect step. 

If you'd like to add a URL redirect, you can do so by clicking on "Add Step" at the top within the Survey editor.

You can also set up a URL Redirect by clicking on "Add Step" from the "If selected, continue to" drop down under the answer type.
