Targeting visitors who are about to abandon a page

One of our most sought-after targeting features is the ability to focus only on visitors who are about to abandon a page. This functionality is also sometimes referred to as an "exit survey". This targeting option is available in our Startup, Growth, Turbo Growth and Enterprise plans. At this time this feature only works on the Desktop version of the survey.

To enable this option, navigate to the "Targeting" section of your survey, and scroll down to the "When should this nudge be displayed?" section. Check the radio button next to "When it looks like the user is about to abandon the page".
