Why can't I access the reporting dashboard?

If your survey has over 5,000 responses, we give you the ability to export it to a CSV only, or you can view it with our Statwing integration. Once this limit has been reached, support cannot manually remove responses so you can view the reporting dashboard.

We recommend using our new activation option that automatically deactivates the survey when survey reaches a certain number of responses. This option can be found in the Targeting section. 

Unfortunately you also won't have the ability to publicly share your report.
