Regardless of what your site is for, it's important that visitors can navigate your site to find what they're looking for easily. Understanding if people are able to find what they need will greatly help with determining if your site's design meets visitors needs.
Recommended question: "Were you able to find the information you were looking for?"
Recommended answer type: Single answer selection (radio button)
- "Yes, easily"
- "Yes, eventually"
Both "Yes, eventually" and "No" should branch to the open-ended question "What were you looking for?".
