How to Prevent Freeform Text Transmission for a Domain

Step 1: Navigate and hover to the domain and click "Settings."

Step 2: Toggle the option “Do not send freeform text responses to analytics services” and click Save.

How to Prevent Freeform Text Transmission Using Account Settings

NOTE: Admin users can enable this feature for the account.

Step 1: Click the user profile icon and select "Account Details" from the menu.

Step 2: In the Advance Preferences

Mark the checkbox next to "Prevent transmission of freeform text responses to analytics services on any sites."
Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Other response options will still be transmitted to analytics services.
This setting only applies to future responses; it does not retroactively affect existing data.
