The Question screen, selecting a starting screen, and removing screens

When creating a survey, you'll notice there are two types of screens: the Question Screen and the Message Screen. You can have as many Question Screens as you like, which is especially useful if you're creating a survey with branching logic.

Depending on your plan, you may be able to have only one Message Screen per survey. If you need multiple message screens, but aren't on a plan that supports it, please contact our sales team at +1(888) 449-3364 ext 1. 

To add a new screen, click on the "Add Screen" button directly below the survey name.

The radio button above each screen allows you to specify the "Start step", or the first screen your visitors see when they begin interacting with the survey. 

We recommend keeping the first screen as the starting step to keep your reporting clean.

PLEASE NOTE: Only Question Screens can be the start step.


To remove screens, just mouse over the screen you'd like to remove and click on the "X" in the upper right hand corner.
