Steps to Create and Use Heatmaps

 

Step 1: Go to Heatmaps

 

Log in to your ProProfs Qualaroo account. From the dashboard, switch to Behaviour Tracking (Heatmap & Session Recording) and then click on Heatmaps.

 

 

 

Step 2: Create a New Heatmap

 

Click Create New Heatmap. Enter the required details, such as:

 

 

 

Click Start Tracking to create the heatmap.

 

Step 3: Install the Tracking Code

 

To start collecting heatmap data, you need to install the tracking script on your website.

 

Switch to the Sites tab and go to Site Settings for the site. 

 

 

Navigate to the Installation Guide section and copy the tracking code.


 

Paste the code within the <head> section of your website pages.
