Steps to Enable and Use Session Recordings

 

Step 1: Go to Sites

 

 

 

Step 2: Open Targeting Settings

 

Within the selected site, switch to the Targeting tab.

 

 

Step 3: Enable Session Recording

 

Locate the Session Recording option. Toggle it ON to start recording user sessions.

 

 

Step 4: Configure Recording Settings

 

Set the maximum session duration based on your requirements (for example, 2 minutes).

 

 

This helps control how long each user session is recorded.

 

Make sure to save your changes after configuring the settings.

 

Step 5: Install the Tracking Code

 

Session recordings require the tracking script to be installed on your website.

Go to the Installation Guide tab and copy the tracking code.

 


Paste it within the <head> section of your website pages.
