Setting up multiple messages screens

The ability to add multiple messages screens is available on our Startup, Growth, Turbo Growth and Enterprise plans. If you'd like to learn more, please contact our Sales team at 1-888-449-3364 ext 1.

If you're taking advantage of our branching logic, it's entirely possible you may want those visitors to see different message screens with different calls to action depending on how they respond to the survey. 

If you'd like to add more than one message screen, you can do so by clicking on "Add Step" at the top within the Survey editor.

You can also set up more message screens by clicking on "Add Step" from the "If selected, continue to" drop down under the answer type.
