Start an Olark, Intercom, SnapEngage, or LiveChat chat window easily using Qualaroo based on the visitor’s response to a question. Since live chat requires a lot of staffing, Qualaroo is a great way to qualify a visitor's needs or value before sending them into a live chat with a person.

To Start a Chat Window Using Qualaroo
Step 1: In the Edit Survey screen, create a survey by adding the appropriate question screens and click Add Step.
Step 2: In the Add Step dialog, select “Start a Chat.”
Step 3: Select the chat service of your choice.
Step 4: You can set up different responses to trigger a chat window based on the visitor’s answer. For example, you can add a live chat screen that only appears when the visitor says “Yes” to a question. This way, you can start a conversation with visitors who are interested in chatting with you.
Step 5: Configure and save your survey.
