Step 1: On the Qualaroo dashboard, click the user profile icon and select "Users" from the menu.

Step 3: Provide User Information and Permissions

  • Enter the new user's email address and name.
  • Select the appropriate permissions for the user.
  • Click "Save User" to confirm the changes.

 

  Understanding Different Permission Types

 

Qualaroo offers various permission types to customize user access. Each permission type serves specific roles:

 

Company Admin

 

  • Full access to all sites, surveys, and responses.
  • Ability to create, edit, and delete surveys across all sites.
  • Can pause or enable surveys across all sites.
  • Access to view survey results across all sites.
  • Capability to create, edit, and delete new sites.

 

To assign a user as a Company Admin, select the "This user should have admin permissions to all sites" option under Permissions.

Site Admin

 

  • Editor access to surveys and responses for specific sites.
  • Capability to create, edit, and delete surveys on particular sites.
  • Can pause or enable surveys on specific sites.
  • Access to view survey results for specific sites.
  • Limited access is based on a site-by-site basis.

 

To assign a user as a Site Admin, select the "This user should only have access to certain sites" option under Permissions.

Site Viewer

 

  • Read-only access to responses within specific sites.
  • Ideal for agency client logins.
  • Cannot create, edit, or delete surveys.
  • Cannot pause or enable surveys.
  • Access to view survey results for specific sites.
  • Limited access based on a site-by-site basis.

 

To assign a user as a Site Viewer, select the "This user should only have access to certain sites" option under Permissions.

With this option, you can completely restrict a particular user’s access.

 

Select “No Access” next to each domain associated with your account.
