1. How to Add a New User to Your Account
Step 1: On your Qualaroo dashboard, click the user profile icon and select "Users" from the menu.

Step 2: Click "Create New."

Step 3: Provide User Information and Permissions
Qualaroo offers various permission types to customize user access. Each permission type serves specific roles:
To assign a user as a Company Admin, select the "This user should have admin permissions to all sites" option under Permissions.

To assign a user as a Site Admin, select the "This user should only have access to certain sites" option under Permissions.

To assign a user as a Site Viewer, select the "This user should only have access to certain sites" option under Permissions.

With this option, you can completely restrict a particular user’s access.
Select “No Access” next to each domain associated with your account.
