In Qualaroo, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan based on your requirements.

Email our Sales team at sales@proprofs.com indicating which plan you would like to be on.
NOTE: If you are downgrading in the middle of a billing cycle, whether it's annual or monthly, the changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
If you are on a plan that allows invoicing, please email your Sales contact directly. If you're not sure who that person is, just reach out to our Customer Success team at support@qualaroo.com, and we'll get you all taken care of!
