How to Redirect Users to a URL

If you’re taking advantage of Qualaroo's branching logic, you can also redirect the respondents to different calls to action or pages depending on how they respond to the survey.

The URL redirect step will automatically send the visitor to the added URL when they click on the appropriate answer option that points to the URL Redirect step.

To Redirect Users to a URL

Step 1: Navigate to “Add Step” within the survey editor.

Step 2: Click “Redirect to a URL.”

Step 3: Enter the URL in the given field to set up redirection. You can also check the box to open the link in a new window.

You can add a URL redirect by selecting “Add Step” from the “Continue to” drop-down under the answer type. The same dialog will open. You can click Redirect to a URL, add the link, and save.

You can redirect survey takers to a URL based on their responses to a specific question. All you have to do is select “Redirect to” in the “If selected, continue to” drop-down menu.
