Publishing Qualaroo Data To Google Universal Analytics

Our Growth, Turbo Growth and Enterprise plans plans come with Google Universal Analytics integration. 

A few clicks is all it takes to enable this integration in your account. First click on "Site settings" next to the domain name.

Then click on the integration and save your changes.

Qualaroo publishes its data by recording events.

Quantitative + Qualitative = Complete Insights

Correlate quantitative behavioral data ("what users did") recorded by Google Analytics with qualitative data ("what users said") produced by Qualaroo survey. 

Optimize Your surveys

Monitor the performance of your surveys. What is your response rate? Are more users answering your questions and clicking on your calls to action, or are they closing the popups? Break this by segment and understand how to improve.

What data is recorded?

Below is the list of events we are recording. All events that are not triggered by a user's action are recorded as non-interactive, which means that your bounce rate metric is not affected.

When a survey is displayed to user

When user closes a survey

When user minimizes a survey

When user answers a question

For every question user answered, Qualaroo will record one event in Google Analytics with the following attributes:
