Step 1:  Navigate and hover to the domain and click "Settings."

Step 2: Toggle the option “Do not send freeform text responses to analytics services” and click Save.

How to Prevent Freeform Text Transmission Using Account Settings

 

NOTE: Admin users can enable this feature for the account. 

 

Step 1: Click the user profile icon and select "Account Details" from the menu.

Step 2: In the Advance Preferences

  • Mark the checkbox next to "Prevent transmission of freeform text responses to analytics services on any sites."
  • Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

  • Other response options will still be transmitted to analytics services.
  • This setting only applies to future responses; it does not retroactively affect existing data.
