Persistent feedback

Sometimes it can be helpful to have Qualaroo up constantly in order to gather general feedback. This can be especially useful if your service or website is new or in beta, and you want to collect as much useful feedback as possible.

Recommended answer type: Text based answer

TIP: Remember to always mark write-ins as required. This will ensure that survey takers can only move to the next step once they've entered a response, and it will avoid blanks from showing up in your reporting.

Starting in a minimized state

What sets this apart for our other recipes is that you want this survey to start in a minimized state with a tab that says "Feedback".

This way, site visitors can click on the tab when they're ready to send their feedback. Set up will require someone from your development team to add more code to the page. Technical documentation for this can be found here
