Net Promoter Score Surveys
NPS surveys are great to always have running on your site. Our NPS surveys not only allow you to capture your NPS score, but they give you the flexibility to ask follow-up questions to learn more about why people are giving you the scores that they are.

Survey Content
- Click Create New >> Select your nudge type >> Choose the NPS Survey option.
- Click Next
- In the editor, enter your company name in the field provided.

Recommended targeting options
- Where should this survey appear?: Your entire site. See the above video for more options
- Who should be prompted to take this survey?: "Came directly to your site (typed in your URL, or bookmark)" + "Only returning visitors".
- When should this survey be displayed?: Generally, a 3-5 second page-level delay works well, but use Google Analytics as your guide to see the average length of time people spend on a page.
- How often should this survey be displayed?: Only show once per visitor.
After you start getting responses: Expect there will be a steep drop-off at the write-in portion, but that's the part of the survey you'll want to pay attention to. Over time you should start seeing trends regarding the most common frustrations and your biggest selling points. People also really like being able to highlight a high NPS rating on their product marketing pages as a selling point.
