To add a new user, follow the steps below:
1. Select your email address dropdown at the top right of the screen
2. From the section on the right, select Users.
3. Click on "Create New" in the upper left-hand corner
4. Enter their email address, name, and their permission level. Below is a description of the permission levels
Permission Level Definitions
Company Admin
- Full access to all sites, surveys, and responses.
- Can create/edit/delete surveys across all sites
- Can pause/enable surveys across all sites
- Can view survey results across all sites
- Can create/edit/delete new sites.
To give a user "Company Admin" access, select "This user should have admin permissions to all sites." under "Permissions".
Site Admin
- Editor access to surveys & responses within specific sites.
- Can create/edit/delete surveys across specific sites
- Can pause/enable surveys across specific sites
- Can view survey results across specific sites
- Access limited on a site-by-site basis.
To give a user "Site Admin" access, select "This user should only have access to certain sites." under "Permissions", then select "Manage" next to each domain they need access to.
Site Viewer
- Read-only access to responses within specific sites.
- Perfect for agency client logins
- Cannot create/edit/delete surveys
- Cannot pause/enable surveys
- Can view survey results across specific sites
- Access limited on a site-by-site basis.
To give a user "Site Viewer" access, select "This user should only have access to certain sites." under "Permissions", then select "Readonly" next to each domain they need access to.
To remove someone's access completely, select "No Access" next to each domain associated with your account.
