How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication

 

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), also known as Two-Step Verification, adds an extra layer of security to your Qualaroo account. In addition to your regular login credentials, you'll receive a one-time numeric code in your email. This code will be used to validate your identity.

 

Here’s an example of how 2FA authenticates the user identity when logging in from an unknown/new device:

 

As you enter the login credentials, you will be required to enter a code in the screen overlay, and after that, click "Submit" to continue.

How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication for Your Qualaroo Account

 

Step 1: In your Qualaroo dashboard, click on the user profile icon and select "ACCOUNT DETAILS" from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Two-Factor Authentication and select the checkbox in the “Ask for security code via email for an extra layer of security to your account” option. Click “Save” to apply the changes.

 

 

You have successfully enabled Two-Factor Authentication for your Qualaroo account. The next time you log in from a new device, you'll receive a numeric code via email to enter during login.
