Step 1: Go to the TARGETING section and scroll down to NOTIFY.

 

Step 2: Select your choice from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Enter the email address where you want to receive the notifications for the survey response.

You will get a notification instantly over email when your survey receives a response.

 

NOTE: You may see a delay between getting a survey response and receiving its notification whenever there is high page traffic or server load. This can cause a slight delay between capturing a view or response and showing up within the interface. This delay extends to the notification emails you receive when someone responds to a survey.

 How to Remove People From the Response Notification List

 

If you want the particular email address not to receive the notifications, you can remove them.

 

Here is how you can do this:

 

Step 1:  Copy the entire email addresses field from your notification list.

 

Step 2:  Paste it into any text document.

 

Step 3:  Remove email addresses on which you want to stop notifications.

 

Step 4: Copy and paste the new list into the notification list.

 

Step 5: Save your changes.

 

Add email address


 

Your notification list will get updated.
