How to Set up Email Notifications for Responses
In Qualaroo, you can choose how often you want to receive notifications via email when you get responses to your survey.
Setting email notifications for responses can help you to:
Get real-time alerts for responses from your users.
Take immediate actions based on user response.
In this article, you'll learn:
Step 1: Go to the TARGETING section and scroll down to NOTIFY.
Step 2: Select your choice from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Enter the email address where you want to receive the notifications for the survey response.
You will get a notification instantly over email when your survey receives a response.
When to choose:
Send me an email every time I receive a response: selecting this option will send you an email whenever you get a response.
Send me an email every time I receive another 10 responses: Select this option when you don't want to get an email notification for every response but instead, like an email notification for 10 collective responses.
Send me a daily digest of the responses I received: Use this option to receive an email notification for responses collected daily.
Send me a weekly digest of the responses I received: Use this option to receive an email notification for responses collected in a week.
Only send me one email - the first time I get any responses: This option is primarily to check whether a survey is getting a response. Also, you won't get emails for further responses collected.
If you want the particular email address not to receive the notifications, you can remove them.
Here is how you can do this:
Step 1: Copy the entire email addresses field from your notification list.
Step 2: Paste it into any text document.
Step 3: Remove email addresses on which you want to stop notifications.
Step 4: Copy and paste the new list into the notification list.
Step 5: Save your changes.
Your notification list will get updated.
