What Does "N/A" Mean in My Response Reporting?

In Qualaroo, for those survey questions requiring visitors to type in their responses, you may see "N/A" in your response notifications.

If any question displays "N/A" in the response column in the report, it means that your visitor provided no answer.

Benefits of N/A response notifications:

• Modify your survey to collect responses to skipped questions

• Get a better understanding of user preferences regarding answer types

Below is what a N/A response looks like:

• Click on the survey name on the dashboard to access a survey report. 

• The report on skipped questions displays "No write-in provided."

That is all about N/A responses.
