How to Cancel Your Qualaroo Subscription
In Qualaroo, you can cancel your current subscription plan to terminate the services from getting auto-renewed.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1: On the dashboard:

Click “User email.”

Select ACCOUNT DETAILS.
Step 2: Click “Cancel your subscription” under Your Current Plan.
Step 3: Select the reason for canceling the subscription and click Next.
Your subscription plan is canceled after your request is processed.
NOTE:
1) Suppose you cancel your plan within a month or a year. In that case, you’ll continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle, allowing you to download all the responses associated with your surveys.
2) If you cancel on the day your plan renews, your subscription will be immediately terminated, and you will not be able to access your account.
3) Once we process your cancellation request, you will not be charged again, and no refunds will be given for the remaining paid-up time. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account.
