1. I Accidentally Unsubscribed From Response Notifications

 

No problem. If you have clicked on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of your notification emails, the Qualaroo support team can easily add you back. Just email us, and we'll return you to the notifications list.
 

2. I Just Upgraded to Launch. Why Are Some of My Surveys Paused?

 

If you just upgraded to our Essentials plan from the trial, you may observe that some surveys are paused.

 

Unfortunately, your survey is paused and asking you to upgrade because a feature is enabled that is only available on our Essentials, Premium, or Enterprise plans. During the trial period, you have the option to test certain features, but if you upgrade to our Launch, you will lose access to those features. You can compare the pricing plans here and decide which features you'd like access to for your surveys.
