1. Can I Host Qualaroo Within an iFrame?

You can host Qualaroo on a page hosted within an iFrame, such as a Facebook application. However, you should target the URL of the iFrame and NOT the URL of the page on which the iFrame is.

We recommend avoiding hosting Qualaroo within an iFrame. Doing this may result in unexpected behavior, such as duplicate views.
 

2. Can I Clone an Archived Survey?

Surveys that have been archived are in a state where they cannot be edited - no changes to the questions, targeting options, or design can be made. This also extends to cloning. They are, in a sense, soft-deleted surveys within your account.

If you'd like to clone an archived survey, you must use the "Enable and Pause" option to bring the survey to the other tab. This moves the survey from a soft-deleted state to one where you can edit it. From there, you can clone this survey and re-archive it.
