How to Target Visitors by Geographical Location

If you wish to limit the survey’s visibility to specific countries, regions, states, or cities, use the advanced targeting feature to direct the survey toward those locations. Qualaroo utilizes IP addresses to ascertain the location of visitors.

  • You are a product manager at an online travel agency that offers flight and hotel bookings. You want to improve your website’s user experience and conversion rate by collecting feedback from your visitors. You decide to use Qualaroo to create and launch surveys on your website.
  • You want to target your surveys by location because you have different regional offers and promotions. For example, you have a special discount for flights from Los Angeles to London, and you want to show a survey to visitors from LA who are searching for flights to London. You also want to hide your surveys in specific locations where you don’t operate or have low demand.

Targeting visitors by geographical location can:

  • Collect feedback from specific demographics.
  • Compare the experiences of people from different regions.
