How to Target Your Local or Development Environment

 

Qualaroo Nudge can be tested in an environment with a domain associated with it (i.e., dev.website.com will work, but IP 122.30.10.11 will not work). You need to point the code to a web address to get it to work correctly.

 

Suppose you have a testing environment set up to target it via URL. Even if it requires a login, intranet, or other security measures, you can test the Qualaroo survey in this environment.

Using the Simple URL field, you can target all domains (testing.com, testing.dev) and localhost. Localhost will only work when it can also connect to the internet. 

 

Port numbers cannot be used in the Simple URL field, and only one wildcard can be used. 

 

 

Using the Advanced URL field, you can target all domains (testing.com, testing.dev) and localhost, with or without Port Numbers. Localhost will only work when it can also connect to the internet.
