How to Exclude Visitors on Specific Browsers From Targeting

You can exclude visitors who use specific browsers from your survey targeting in Qualaroo.

• Suppose you are a web developer that creates websites and apps for different clients. You want to survey your visitors who use different browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
• You can use Qualaroo’s targeting feature to show the survey only to visitors who use a specific browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. 

Why exclude browsers from targeting:

• Focus on relevant browser traffic.
• Get valuable responses from your target audience.

To exclude browsers from targeting:

In the TARGETING section,

• Scroll down to Target: Technology. Click to expand.

• Check the box next to “Exclude users with specific browser(s).”

• Select the browser(s) you wish to exclude.

Don’t forget to click Save to finalize your changes.
