This section focuses on activities of the user at the page level.
Immediately after the page loads: The survey will show as soon as the page loads.
After a user has been viewing the page for X seconds/minutes: The survey will display after a timed delay. This timed delay will reset upon each new page load. If a user leaves the page before the time limit, they will not see the nudge. It is generally considered a best practice to employ some level of timed delay.
When it looks like the user is about to abandon the page: This option only works for Desktop surveys. If the user moves their cursor towards the browser close button, the survey will appear. This feature is only available on our Essentials and Premium plans.
When a user scrolls halfway down the page: This is a great delay for pages with the content below the fold. The survey will fire when the visitor scrolls halfway down.
