How to Integrate Qualaroo With Slack

Step 1: Go to ACCOUNT DETAILS on your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Slack Integration and click “Add to Slack.”

You will be redirected to Slack.

Step 3: Click Authorize to confirm your identity.

Step 4: Select your notification channel.

Your slack channel is ready to receive the survey responses.

How to Target Nudge Response to a Specific Slack Channel

Step 1: In your Qualaroo dashboard, navigate to the survey. Click MORE > TARGETING.

Step 2: Navigate to SLACK CHANNEL and select your channel. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once you start collecting the response for your nudge, it will reflect in your selected slack channel, as shown below.

NOTE: In cases where the respondent takes longer than a minute to finish the entire survey, responses recorded after the minute has elapsed may not populate within the Slack channel.

However, this information is still recorded and can be viewed within your Reporting Dashboard or CSV export.
