Create mobile surveys to capture valuable insights and feedback on your mobile apps.
Here’s what a mobile survey would look like:

Benefits of creating mobile surveys:
1. Increased response rates: Mobile surveys that are contextual and relevant to the user's experience are more likely to be completed. Qualaroo's in-context surveys achieve a 10-30% response rate due to their immediate and seamless placement within the user experience.
2. Improved accuracy: Contextual surveys can provide more accurate feedback as they capture the user's thoughts and opinions at the moment.
3. Enhanced user experience: By gathering feedback that is specific to the user's mobile experience, you can make targeted improvements to enhance their overall experience on your site.
4. Better insights: Contextual mobile surveys can provide valuable insights into how users interact with your site on their mobile devices, allowing you to make data-driven decisions.
Step 1: Click the 'Crete New' button located at the top right corner of your Qualaroo dashboard..

Step 2: Within the dashboard, locate 'Mobile Web Nudge.' Choose to either create a survey from scratch or use a template. For this guide, we will cover creating a survey from scratch.

Step 3: Enter the domain name of your website and click 'Create' at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Enter your survey question and choose the appropriate answer type.
You can modify other settings, such as randomizing the answer order, adding an image, and marking a question as required.

Step 5: Proceed to the 'Screener' tab to set survey triggers.
Your mobile survey is now created and ready for screener settings.
The mobile screener/opt-in trigger is an optional screen you can add to your mobile survey to allow your site visitors to opt-in to the survey.
It's recommended best practice to add a screener if you're running a mobile survey.
Adding a mobile screener lets you:
Invite users to take the survey without interrupting their browsing experience.
Disqualify irrelevant respondents from the survey.
Here's what a mobile survey with the opt-in trigger looks like:

Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Screener’ tab after editing your mobile survey.
Step 2: Check the box next to ‘Display a screener.’

Step 3: Edit the screener headline, body & CTA text.

Step 4: You can use Qualaroo branding or add your logo.

NOTE: A live preview is available on the right part of your screen to check the changes you make in real time.
That is all about creating a mobile survey.
