How to Automatically Pause Survey Once Response Amount Is Met

In Qualaroo, you can choose to pause the survey once your set response limit is attained. 

Benefits of automatically pausing surveys:

• You have the required number of responses to analyze.
• You can offer a less intrusive browsing experience.
• You can quickly run different surveys to get feedback on various points.

To automatically pause the survey when the response amount has been met:

In the TARGETING section,

• Scroll down to HOW LONG
• Click the radio button next to “Automatically deactivate when nudge reaches ____ responses.”

We also have a 5,000 response limit that removes the ability to view responses via the reporting dashboard. 

That is all about enabling the setting to deactivate nudge once the response amount has been met automatically.
