 How to Add a Question Screen

Step 1: Within the survey editor, click on the ‘Add Step’ button.

Step 2: In the overlay, select ‘Question Screen’ from the list of options.

A new question screen will be added to your survey.

 How to Remove a Question Screen

Step 1: Click directly on the question screen you wish to remove. This action will highlight the selected screen.

Step 2: Click on the delete icon (typically a trash can) to remove the question screen from your survey.

How to Select the 'Start Step'

Step 1: Locate the radio button labeled as ‘Start step’ above each question screen and click on the radio button above the screen you wish to designate as the first screen. 

We recommend keeping the first screen as the starting step to keep your reporting clean.

How to Reorder Nudge Questions

Reordering Nudge questions allows you to adjust the flow of your survey easily. This feature enables you to rearrange the order of Nudge questions with a simple drag-and-drop action.

Step 1: In the survey editor, click on the "Reorder Questions" option located below the list of questions.

Step 2: Locate the Nudge question you want to move, then drag and drop it to the desired position.
 

Step 3: After rearranging the questions, click the Save button to apply your changes.
